Durham Ranch Elk Frybread Tacos

1 pound Durham Ranch Ground Elk
1 each Yellow onion Medium diced
6 cloves Minced garlic
½ cup Water
1 Tablespoon Chili powder
1 teaspoon Ground cumin
1 teaspoon Ground Thyme
1 teaspoon Oregano
1- 8oz. can Tomato sauce
2 Tablespoons Worchestershire sauce
3 Tablespoons Brown sugar
To taste Salt, Black Pepper

Garnish optional: scallions (green onion), cheddar cheese, shredded Parmesan cheese, crackers

Fry bread recipe:

½ cup Cooked bacon bits (semi-crispy)
2 cups All-purpose flour
2 ½ teaspoons Baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup warm water (approximately 80-90 degrees)
